A new Ultra Chapter…

After completing 4 marathons over the last 2 years I have decided to turn my attention and efforts to ultra marathons.  Basically anything over 26.2 miles, the distance of a marathon. Although people tend to regard 50k plus as the normal minimum distance for ultras. So far I have found the change refreshing, not too much clock watching and time chasing. Meaning more time to just run and reflect. Loving it!

Follow my progress over the next 8 months whilst I build up to the North Downs Way 50 miler and become an Ultra Runner!
